Invoice submissions
Information and documents submitted through the invoice form are used solely to manage the relevant collaboration, accounting obligations and payment processing.
Profile submissions
Information and documents submitted through Share Your Profile are used to review a profile for potential future MAISON JOAAL projects, collaborations and RendezVous. Submission does not guarantee selection, collaboration, invitation or response.
Confidentiality and storage
Submitted information and documents are stored privately. They are not published, indexed by search engines or made available through public document links. Access is limited to authorised MAISON JOAAL personnel and service providers acting under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Retention
Invoice information is retained for the period required for accounting, legal and payment obligations. Profile information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated consideration purpose, subject to applicable law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable, or withdraw consent for future profile consideration, by contacting contact@joaalagency.com.
